Our extravirgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from the olives of our estate, which are mainly of the ‘moraiolo’ variety, the remaining being ‘frantoio’ and ‘leccino’.

The predominance of ‘moraiolo’ and the clayey terrains rich with marly rocks, give our oil an intense fruity flavour, slightly spicy and with a great longevity.

Our olives are not treated. The olives are harvested between November and December and immediately crushed through cold pressing.

Charachterised by a very low acidity and rich in polyphenols, our oil is particularly suitable for cold dressings. The formats available are the glass bottles of 0.75 lt. and cans of 3lt.
