Umbria Rosso IGT 2019
After a few years from the birth of Pomontino we decided to make a selection of the best Sangiovese grapes and let the wine rest for 36 months in large oak barrels.
Thus was born the Maestà Quattro Chiavi, a highly refined wine composed of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Sagrantino
We work with whole grapes with a small part of whole grape. After months of natural decantation in steel, the wine is taken to large Slavonian oak barrels where it rests for 36 months. Minimum 10 bottles.
