Just click on your name that you find at the top right in the section dedicated to the header of the site. From there you will have access to the panel of your personal data and you will be able to modify what you prefer. If you want to cancel your account, write to info@tenutabellafonte.it .

Can I cancel an order placed?
Once an order has been completed and sent, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you had problems during the purchase, write to us at info@tenutabellafonte.it and explain what happened. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.
How can I return a product?
To find out about the return procedure, consult our conditions of sale or write us an email to info@tenutabellafonte.it .
I received a damaged bottle or that I don't like: how can I return it and be refunded?
Our courier is very careful to delicately handle the packages sent by Tannico to its members. If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at info@tenutabellafonte.it and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will answer you as soon as possible.
In the event of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with a description of the damage via email in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
In case of wine that you do not like, read our conditions of sale in the paragraph dedicated to the return of goods.
Can I change my package delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time: just click on your name at the top right in the section dedicated to the site header. From there you will have access to the panel of your personal data and you will be able to modify what you prefer.
What type of payment method can I use on BellaFonte.it?
You can use Paypal, the main credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Poste Pay, JCB) or pay cash on delivery.
Is my data safe when I make a payment?
You are safe with Tannico: all payment information is encrypted to ensure maximum privacy.
What is the credit card CVV code?
The CVV code is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit card.
I have a coupon code but I don't know how to use it
Coupons are gift cards, discount codes generated by the site or issued by customer service following customer reports; the Coupon cannot be combined with other gift cards or Coupons.
The discount code in your possession must be entered on the page summary (where you have the list of all bottles). To your right, below the total, you can see "I have a coupon". Clicking it will open the space to insert it. Write your code there and press the "plus" to activate it, when the page has refreshed you will see the message "Coupon code "XXXX" has been applied." and the order total will be reversed by the value of the coupon itself. At this point you can proceed with your order, confirming the shipping address and payment method. I remind you that you can only use one coupon in each order.
I requested an invoice but did not find it in the package. How can I get a copy?
If you requested an invoice at the time of purchase, enter yours profile , next to the orders you will find the invoice to download in PDF.
ATTENTION: Invoices are issued approximately 10 days from the shipment of your purchase. Check the date of your order to be able to download the relative invoice.
What are the shipping times for my parcel?
Shipping times depend on the wines you have chosen. If all the products in your cart are "ready for delivery", the order will be shipped within 24 working hours, in other cases you will see the estimated shipping dates before confirming the order.

Can I track the shipment of my order?
Certainly. Inside your personal panel, in the section "Orders" you can follow the path of your package, from the manufacturer to your home.
How much does it cost to ship a parcel?
Shipping costs are fixed and amount to €7.95. However, if your order is equal to or greater than €49; shipping costs are totally free.
What if my wine tastes corked?
Even if it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles) it can happen that your wine tastes corked. In this case, keep the defective bottle with its contents and write to info@tenutabellafonte.it : we will intervene immediately.
The refund or replacement cannot take place in the absence of the bottle.
