Vintage characterized by a cold and dry winter. A mild spring led to one of the hottest and dry summers of the last years, especially in the months of June, July and August, anyway an optimal temperature excursion between day and night and some September rains have allowed an optimal ripeness of the grapes and a good overall balance.

Deep ruby. The nose reveals fascinating hints of blackberry and blueberry jam with floral perfumes and dark spices. The taste shows strength and balance, it’s fresh and tasty, characterized by fine tannins that ends with a fruity note. A wine of great persistence.
